2 cups applesauce 1 cup apple juice 2 tablespoons lemon juice 2 tablespoons sugar
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Divide sorbet mixture into 3 separate cups. Freeze until mostly hard. Shave frozen sorbet into a bowl and scoop into cups for serving.
