Apricot Jelly Recipe 

5  cups prepared apricots
7  cups granulated sugar
1  package jelly pectin
1/4 cup lemon juice

Heat apricots, sugar, and lemon juice on stove.  When the mixture boils, add in pectin and heat to rolling boil.  Be sure to stir frequently and hold at a rolling boil for 1 to 2 minutes.  Use sterilized canning jars and a water canner to process this apricot jelly.
