4 strips crispy cooked bacon 3 eggs 1 and 1/2 tablespoons milk 1/8 cup butter
Add butter to warm skillet. Crumble bacon and set aside. Mix eggs and milk and beat until creamy. Pour egg mixture into hot skillet. Cook until edges are firm and then place crumbled bacon in center. Fold omelet over and allow to cook for about 30 seconds. Flip omelet to allow both sides to brown. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with shredded cheddar cheese on top if desired. |
