Two Lobster Tails 1 pound butter, melted 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice Salt to taste Pepper to taste 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
Pre heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut shell on lobster tails in the middle. Pull meat upwards to expose it for basting with butter. Season with salt, pepper, butter, and parsley. Bake for 20 minutes and continue to baste the lobster tails with butter three or four times while baking. |
