4 diced carrots 4 cubed potatoes 4 quartered onions 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/4 cup butter or olive oil 1/8 cup chopped parsley 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup (optional) 1/2 can cream of chicken soup (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a buttered casserole baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. You may add a can of cream of chicken soup or cream of mushroom soup if desired. Bake covered in a 350 degree oven for 80 to 90 minutes. |
