2 medium swordfish steaks 1 stick butter 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 cup onion, sliced 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1/4 cup mayonnaise
Begin by combining butter, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce in a sauce pan and heat thru. Beat into mayonnaise until no longer chunky. Place swordfish steaks in an oiled baking pan and pour your prepared sauce on top. Cover with sliced onion. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish is flaky. |
