2 cups stewed tomatoes (canned) 2 cups whole kernel corn (canned) 1/2 cup diced onion 1/4 cup diced bell pepper 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 teaspoon salt Dash pepper 12 cup dry bread crumbs 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Oil a medium sized casserole dish. Mix vegetables in alternating layers in the dish. Add bread crumbs in between layers of vegetables. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes in a 350 degree oven. |
