3 cups stewed tomatoes 3 chopped onions 4 chopped Haberno peppers 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup vinegar 1 tbsp. salt
Combine all ingredients that are well chopped in a sauce pan with enough water to cover. Cook on low until everything is tender. Pour into a blender and mix well. Sieve hot pepper sauce to remove any undesirable fiber. |
