6 eggs 1/3 cup milk 2 tablespoons butter Salt Pepper
A great recipe for simple scrambled eggs. Start by adding butter to hot pan. Make sure bottom of pan is coated with melted butter. Combine eggs and milk in mixing bowl and whip together gently with a fork. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Pour eggs into pan and cook until firm and not runny. Do not overcook and dry them out. |
