Beef Bracciole Recipe 

24 ounces thinly cut steak  (Milanesa)
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can spaghetti sauce
Cooked pasta of your choice

Make a fine mixture of garlic, basil, cilantro and parmesan cheese in a food processor.  Divide steak into four pieces and season with salt and pepper.  Evenly spread herb and cheese mixture on steaks.  Roll thinly sliced steaks and bundle with cooking twine.  Cook in a heavy covered pan in a 350 degree oven for 10 to 15, depending on thickness of steaks.  Drain steaks and serve over a hot bed of pasta.  Top with warmed spaghetti sauce and serve.
