1 pound crab meat 1 egg 1 tablespoon melted butter 1 teaspoon mustard 1 teaspoon celery seed 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 cup cracker crumbs Salt to taste 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Mix crab meat and other ingredients in mixing bowl. Form mixture into firm well shaped patties. Fry in hot grease until crab cakes are brown and golden on both sides. |
