1/4 cup hot water 2 tablespoons flour 2 tablespoons ground chili powder 1/4 cup vegetable oil 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 cup tomato sauce Salt and Pepper to taste
Add oil to warm cast iron frying pan. Stir in flour and brown. Combine hot water and chili powder and then add to pan. Stir constantly and add remaining ingredients. Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
