In a large cooking pot, melt butter and stir in salt, pepper, garlic salt, and flour. Then, stir in milk and chicken stock. Continue to stir and add onion, paprika and lobster meat. Cook on a low simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Slowly stir in cream. Heat lobster bisque again until it is at a proper serving temperature. |
