4 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 cup milk 1/8 cup melted butter
Add butter to hot skillet and turn heat to medium. Combine eggs, salt, and milk and beat until well incorporated. Pour eggs into hot skillet and turn about every 15 seconds. Rotate the portions of uncooked egg into contact with the bottom of the skillet. Cook eggs till firm, but not until they dry out. |
