2 lbs. 80/20 ground beef 1/4 cup chopped pepperoni 4 small cans tomato sauce 2 large cans stewed tomatoes 2 tbsp. ground oregano 2 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
Cook 80/20 ground beef in a large skillet until fully browned. Be sure to drain off any leftover fat. Place meat in refrigerator for later use. Mix tomatoes and sauce with oregano, garlic, and cayenne pepper in skillet and simmer on low for one hour. Add in chopped pepperoni and ground beef and simmer for another 30 minutes. |
