6 veal steaks, thinly sliced 1 cup bread crumbs 2 eggs, beaten Oil for frying Salt to taste Pepper to taste 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
Add salt and pepper to veal steaks per your taste. Sift bread crumbs and seasonings together in a dish suitable for dipping. Heat oil in skillet. Dredge steaks in beaten eggs and then in bread crumb mixture. Cook steaks in hot oil until browned on both sides. About 20 minutes or so. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving. |
