Broccoli Au Gratin Recipe 

6 cups cooked broccoli
1 tablespoon salt
3/4 cup butter
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Dash Pepper
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flour

Combine 1/2 cup butter and flour into a saucepan and cook over low heat for two to three minutes so that the sauce will thicken.  Once mixture thickens begin adding milk and continue to cook again until sauce thickens.  Set sauce aside.  Place cooked broccoli in casserole dish.  Sprinkle bread crumbs, butter, salt and pepper on top of broccoli.  Pour sauce from pan over broccoli and cover all pieces of broccoli well.  Place in a hot oven for 5 minutes to brown the top and serve.
