1 small onion 1 lb. chopped broccoli 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups Cheddar cheese cubes 1/4 cup butter 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 cup bread crumbs
Sauté onion in butter. Add frozen broccoli to onion mixture and cook slowly for 15 minutes. (Do not add water). Add 1 can soup, and cheese cubes. Stir until blended and melted. Put in baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees. |
