Broiled Mushrooms Recipe 

1  pound mushrooms
1/2  teaspoon  sea salt
1/4 cup butter
Seasoning salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Place mushroom caps upside down on a greased baking sheet and brush completely with melted butter.  Season with sea salt, seasoning salt and black pepper.  Be careful and don't go overboard with the salt.  You can always add more later.  Broil in the oven for 1 and 1/2 minutes and then flip caps over and broil for 1 more minute.  Broil for an additional time if mushrooms are not brown enough for you.
