1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
Melt chocolate in double boiler until fluid. Mix and cream butter, brown sugar and vanilla together. Add in beaten egg, then stir chocolate into mixture. Add flour and salt. Stir the whole brownie ball mixture until well blended together. Form into 1 inch diameter balls. Place brownie balls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for six to eight minutes. |
