1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1 cup chopped parsley 1 can mixed vegetables 1 can cream style corn 1 small can tomato paste 1/4 tablespoon hot sauce 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tablespoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 pound browned beef cubes
Sauté onion, green bell pepper, ands celery in a pan with butter. Vegetables should be tender. Add remaining ingredients to pan and continue to simmer for 20 to 30 minutes. If stew is to watery, add instant potato flakes to thicken. |
