1 stick margarine 1/3 cup condensed milk 1/4 cup powdered cocoa 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Melt butter in saucepan. Add in all other ingredients and stir while bringing icing mixture to a boil. Pour hot buttermilk brownie icing over baked buttermilk brownies. Allow to cool for 20 to 30 minutes before attempting to cut brownies.
