1/2 cup butter
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons baking powder
2 cups brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons butterscotch flavor
Melt butter and add brown sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add eggs, vanilla, and butterscotch flavoring. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and then combine in saucepan with liquid ingredients. Finally, stir in nuts and mix well. Pour brownie batter into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Check center of brownies with toothpick for doneness. |
