2 bags frozen California blend vegetables 1 can cream of mushroom soup 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese 1/3 cup processed cheese loaf, cubed and then slightly melted 1 can French fried onions
Microwave vegetables until almost tender. Drain. Mix in soup and cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees ( or until heated through and cheese is melted). Add French fried onions on top and bake 5 minutes longer. |
