6 potatoes 1/4 cup butter 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese salt black pepper
Peel potatoes and boil until they yield to a fork. Then, roll the hot potatoes in melted butter and coat with shredded cheese. Add salt and pepper. Bake on baking sheet in 350 degree oven for 12 to14 minutes and serve.
