1 cup finely chopped pecans 2 cups diced chicken, cooked 8 ounces cream cheese 1 tablespoon minced garlic 6 tablespoons mayonnaise 2 teaspoons dill, dried salt to taste pepper to taste
Puree chicken, cream cheese, pecans, and garlic in a food processor until smooth. Mix in mayonnaise and dill. Add salt and pepper to taste. Make into a ball or a loaf shape. Serve with crackers. |
