4 cups cooked cubed chicken 2 cups almonds, roasted and chopped 1/2 cup lemon juice 3 cups crushed potato chips 2 1/2 cups sliced celery 2 cups salad dressing 1/2 cup grated onion
In 13 x 9 dish; lightly toss chicken, celery, and almonds. In small bowl combine salad dressing, lemon juice, onion and salt. Pour over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and potato chips. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 to 20 minutes. |
