1 1/2 cups cooked chicken meat 2 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped 1/2 cup chopped carrot 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Heat olive oil in sauté pan and cook onion, garlic, bell pepper, and carrots in oil until tender. Add chicken meat and broth. Add seasonings and continue to cook stew for 20 to 25 minutes. All vegetables should be tender. Add instant potato flakes to stew if it is not thick enough for you. |
