1 chicken, cooked and boned 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 dozen frozen corn tortillas 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can tomatoes and green chilies 1 cup grated Mexican cheese blend
Cut tortilla in quarters. Spray non-stick cooking spray in casserole dish. Put layer of boned chicken, layer of tortillas, layer of combined soups, and a layer of tomatoes and green chilies. Repeat. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
