6 to 8 chicken wings 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup honey 2 teaspoons rice vinegar 1/2 teaspoon ginger, powdered Dash cayenne pepper 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
Cut chicken wings in half. Mix soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, oil and cayenne in mixing bowl. Add wing pieces and stir to coat them. Marinate wings in sauce for 2 hours. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until done. |
