2 1/2 cups flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup shortening 1 cup sugar 2 beaten eggs 2 ounces melted chocolate 1 1/2 cups quick oats 1 cup coconut
Sift all dry ingredients together, except coconut. Mix shortening, eggs, melted chocolate together. Incorporate dry and wet ingredients and add coconut. Drop cookies onto greased baking sheet and bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. |
