1 stick margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup chopped pecans
1 package cream cheese (8 ounces)
1 cup powdered sugar
2 cups milk
1 cup whipped topping
1 package chocolate pudding
1 package vanilla pudding
Mix margarine, pecans and flour together. Prepare a 9 inch x 13 inch cake pan with grease and flour. Press the flour mixture into the bottom of the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Make a mixture of cream cheese, powdered sugar and whipped topping. Spread this mixture onto the baked crust. Prepare pudding as directed and layer on to top of cake. Serve chocolate pudding cake once it has been chilled. |
