4 swordfish steaks 1 tsp. grated lemon zest 2 tbsp. butter 2 tsp. parsley flakes 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Over a hot grill, cook swordfish steaks for about five minutes per side. Combine all other ingredients in a bowl and mix. Paint this citrus mixture onto each side of the swordfish as it grills. You can then serve with slices of lemon or lime as decoration on each plate. |
