Coconut Cream Candy Recipe 

8 cups sugar
1 1/3 cups corn syrup
16 ounces coconut, shredded
1 teaspoon coconut flavoring

Heat corn syrup and sugar in saucepan with one cup water.  Heat until temperature is about 280 degrees. Mix in shredded coconut and coconut flavoring.  Spread coconut cream candy in shallow dish and let cool.
