3 cups concord grape juice 2 1/4 cup sugar 1 pouch powdered pectin
Mix concord grape juice and pectin together in a pan and heat to boiling. Stir in sugar and heat to rolling boil, stirring constantly, for one minute. Pack jelly in sterilized jars and seal with new lids. Process this concord grape jelly in your water bath canner for ten or fifteen minutes. |
