6 globe artichokes water for boiling 1 teaspoon salt melted butter
Cook artichokes in boiling salted water for 30 minutes or until all tender. Once artichokes are tender remove from pot and allow to drain to remove excess water. Serve artichokes with melted butter for dipping.
