2 bunches spinach Cooking water butter Salt Pepper
Clean and wash spinach well to remove any foreign materials like sand or dirt. Remove any leaves that look wilted or brown. Chop spinach into one inch sections and place in a pot of salted boiling water. Boil spinach for 3 minutes and then reduce heat to a low simmer. Simmer spinach for another 6 to 8 minutes and then drain in a vegetable colander. Add butter, salt, and pepper to your liking and serve. |
