1 cup flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon paprika 2 cups cooked whole kernel corn (canned) 2 eggs
Mix the dry ingredients together and then add the corn and eggs. Mix well and batter should be thick. Fry in hot oil until fritters turn brown. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oils. Salt and pepper if needed. |
