Corn Relish Recipe 

2 cups whole kernel corn (fresh)
1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced red bell pepper
2 small onions minced
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/3 teaspoon tumeric
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup vinegar

Mix all ingredients in saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes.  Vegetables should be tender.  This relish can be served warm or cold depending on what you like.  If cold, chill for two hours before serving.
