1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup catsup 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1/4 cup chopped celery 1/4 cup chopped sweet onion Dash cayenne pepper Salt to taste 6 ounces cooked crab meat
Combine all ingredients, except crab in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Flake crab meat and incorporate into sauce. Serve in cocktail glasses with a sprig of parsley for effect. |
