1 stick butter or margarine 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 3 cups milk 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 can creamed corn 6 ounces cooked crab meat 1/4 teaspoon thyme 1/4 teaspoon salt Dash pepper
Heat butter in pan and sauté onions and celery. Pour in the milk, soup, corn and spices for seasoning. Continue to cook while adding crab meat. Heat through and serve. |
