4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
3 ounces cream cheese
5 tablespoons butter
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Melt butter and chocolate in a pan over low heat. Set aside to cool. Blend cream cheese, eggs, flour and vanilla together in a bowl. Combine cream cheese mixture and chocolate mixture. Pour brownie batter into greased 8 x 8 inch cake pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Check center of brownies with a toothpick for doneness. |
