4 slices bacon 1/2 cup onions, chopped 1 can minced clams - 7 ounce can 1 cup potatoes, cubed 1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup 1 1/2 cups milk Dash pepper
Fry the bacon in a pan and set to the side. Use bacon grease to fry onions until well browned. Add liquid from can of clams and cubed potatoes. Cook in bacon grease until the potatoes are tender. Mix in crumbled bacon, clams and the rest of the ingredients. Heat the mixture through until all is hot and ready to serve. |
