Creme Brulee Recipe 

3 cups cream
6 egg yolks
1 tablespoon white sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
1/4 cup brown sugar

Heat cream on stove above double boiler.  Beat yolks, white sugar and vanilla until well mixed.  Mix the yolk mixture into the heated cream.  Cook until mixture begins to adhere to a spoon placed in it.  Remove from heat and chill for at least two hours.  Sprinkle top with brown sugar and serve.
