Crockpot Fish Chowder Recipe 

3 lbs. fish fillets
3 cans sliced potatoes
1/2 pound salt pork
2 green bell peppers
1 onion
12 ounces vegetable juice
1 stick margarine
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
hot sauce to taste

Add all ingredients into a pre-heated crockpot or slow cooker.  Add 1 to 2 cups of water to the mix if you need to. Cook this recipe for at least 8 hours.  You should either mash the fish chowder or run it through a blender before serving.
