Crown Roast of Pork Recipe 

Order a crown roast of pork from your butcher or meat market.  Use salt and pepper to season the crown roast to your liking.  You will need a rack and a roasting pan to properly cook the crown roast of pork.  Place the roast with the ribs pointing down onto the rack in the roasting pan.  Place roast in oven and cook at 350 degrees for about 60 to 70 minutes.  Remove roast and pan from oven and invert so that ribs are pointing upwards.  Add any stuffing mix that you like.  Return to oven and cook for an additional 1 1/2 hours.  Check crown roasts internal temperature with a meat thermometer.  The temp should reach at least 185 degrees.  Continue to cook until you are sure that a safe temperature has been reached.
