3/4 cups crunchy nut cereal
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dash cinnamon
Dash Nutmeg
Melt butter in microwave bowl. Mix in crunchy nut cereal and put aside. In small casserole dish, beat sugar and eggs together. Add cereal and butter mixture. Add milk, spices, vanilla extract. Bake in pan of hot water. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and stir good. Bake an additional 20 minutes. |
