2 tablespoons fat free cream cheese 1 teaspoon low fat milk Sugar substitute equal to 1/4 cup sugar Dash salt Spoonful vanilla extract Food coloring if desired
Mix cream cheese and milk together by hand in a small bowl. Blend in sugar substitute, salt, vanilla and food coloring. Blend until creamy and spread able. Makes enough for a small cake, you may want to double or triple recipe for a larger cake. |
