Diabetic Strawberry Jelly Recipe 

3 cups strawberry puree
1 package no sugar pectin
3/4 cup hot water
1/2 cup granulated splenda type sweetener

Heat strawberry puree in medium pan and stir in hot water.  Continue to stir and add in no sugar pectin.  Bring strawberry mixture to a rolling boil for one full minute and then remove from heat.  Stir in splenda type sweetener and remove any foam that might form at the surface.  Pour into hot, sterilized jars and process for at least 10 minutes.
