2 pounds salmon fillets 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/4 cup bread crumbs Seasoning salt as desired 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
Use a greased oven dish for this and preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay salmon fillets with the skin side towards the bottom. Sprinkle with lemon juice and then bread crumbs to form a crust. Season with seasoning salt to your liking. Bake for 10 minutes and then place under oven broiler for an additional 3 to 4 minutes to brown crust on this easy baked salmon. |
